According to WABetainfo, the Meta-owned instant messaging programme WhatsApp is allowing select beta users to alter the app’s language.
According to the news tracker, WhatsApp published the new WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.9.13 update a few days ago, allowing select beta testers to access this function, and the new 2.22.10.2 beta version makes the capability available to more users.

Some beta testers may now change the app language by navigating to WhatsApp Settings > App language, which is a new feature.
“A similar function was already available in select countries (for example, India), and it was available under WhatsApp Settings > Chats,” it said, adding that WhatsApp is now making the tool available to all users, independent of their location, and with a redesigned user interface.
