As acting chief financial officer, the corporation appointed Moran Shemesh Rojansky, a vice president of finance.
Heller will continue to work for the Israeli business as a top management and finance department strategic adviser.
Last year, Mobileye, in which Intel (INTC.O) holds a majority stake, was listed on the Nasdaq after raising $861 million in an IPO.
