The second-largest exporter of software services from India, Infosys (INFY.NS), announced on Monday that it has agreed to supply artificial intelligence (AI) and automation services to a current client over a five-year period, with a target cost of $2 billion.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the deal covers development, modernization, and maintenance services pertaining to AI and automation.

The name of the client was withheld by the business.
